Air / Nitrox

SAFETY FIRST !!

Safe and healthy - purest breathing air under water. Since December 4th, 2009 we are officially certified with BAUER PureAir certification. The Tropical Divers are now the first DiveCenter across the Atlantic Ocean who received this Award. Breathing air quality measurement comprises measurement of the water content as well as the remaining concentrations of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and oil according to the stringent standard DIN EN 12021.

Compressors at its Best

pure-air We are using DIN valves and steel tanks for diving. If you are using the international system to connect your first stage to the tanks than you will receive adapters for free..

The future in diving is called NITROX or better B-TROX, the new NITROX from BAUER-Kompressoren. This is - by the way - the only NITROX device which received a authorization from the German Technical Inspection Authority (TÜV).

For our pure air quality we received a ISO certification. We are very proud to operate the most modern NITROX device at the Caribbean.

Equipment

The DiveCenter is specially equipped and designed for the comfort and demands for divers. State-of-the-art
compressors for air and NITROX from BAUER make sure that our divers will only receive air and NITROX in a high quality standard. For a smoothly run of all your diving activities we offer more than

200 steel-tanks (DIN) for NITROX in 8 l (62 cft), 10 l (78 cft) and 12 l (93 cft)

as well as approx.

70 steel tanks (DIN) for regular air in the same different sizes.

Latest rental equipment with weight integrated BCD's and regulators with high breathing performance are also available.

Safety is most IMPORTANT for us !
We offer all certified Enriched Air / NITROX divers a free upgrade for NITROX.
For all those divers who do not want to miss the special advantages of Enriched Air / NITROX but are still not certified we offer the SSI or PADI Enriched Air/NITROX (Level 1). For this course you should plan approx. 2 hours. If you like to to the whole course than you should spent 6 hours. With a lot of fun valuable knowledge and a lot of tipps we will work on the course. As an add-on to the course we will explain and show you how NITROX is to be produced. Therefor NITROX will not be a black-box any longer.
Our NITROX for FREE offer is independent if you are staying at our Tropical Inn Resort or you are located somewhere else on the island !
